360˚HRis a pioneering project of SAFAD Systems & Services. The project’s overall objective is “To provide small and medium enterprises (SMEs) with a superior solution based on the best of international standards that empower SMEs’ workforce to work smarter leveraging business intelligences to make strategic decisions”.

This project was physically incubated at PICTI for one year to develop a distinctive e-HR solution targeting SMEs. The solution will enable SMEs to have better strategic management and enable decision making related to their HR activities.

Today, 360˚HRis progressing on a well planned path of development. This path is guided by a sharp and concise vision to build a comprehensive self-service e-HR software. 360˚HR™ technical team is guided by a team of HR practitioners who contribute full business value and HR functionality to its technical know-how.

360˚HRis developed to meet current and future needs of SMEs. It will consist of various modules that can be integrated to empower SMEs realize the benefits in sourcing, retaining, developing and rewarding the human talent that any organization requires in order to succeed in a competitive business world.

360˚HR™ can be tailored by integrating different modules. This integration is based on the specific characteristics of the SME, such as the number of employees, business processes, workflow requirements in addition to other factors. This customized integration will have a positive impact on the Return on Investment (ROI) by alleviating redundant solutions cost.
